I am a Master Teacher of the Healing Arts, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Mindfulness Meditation Coach. My work extends to grief and loss support, addiction recovery, and mental health peer counseling, helping individuals find peace, balance, and renewal in their lives.

Using a unique blend of energy healing, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork, and intuitive guidance, I assist those seeking clarity, self-love, and spiritual awakening.
